Creative:

• We have an immediate vacancy for a talented self motivated 2D artist, with exceptional creative skills and flair for graphic design using adobe photoshop.
• We are looking for a skilled Flash Artist/ 3D artist/ Designer/ Illustrator/Animator who is proficient in Flash 8 professional, Cinema 4D (or any Industry standard 3D packages), Adobe Illustrator and hand drawing to follow design and detailed online game concept guidelines, which will be provided by the Manager.
• We are currently looking for an experienced and talented 3D artist with a very strong command of both the technical and artistic aspects of CG lighting/raytracing. The successful candidate will have exceptional lighting and animation skills, and will be the principal CG artist in a team responsible for creating photo-realistic video and still imagery from CAD data/product photography

Technical:

Working with the Lead Programmer, Level Designers and Level Artists; the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for implementing, balancing and providing excellent designer interfaces for new and existing gameplay systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Solid C++ and scripting experience

• Experience writing and designing gameplay systems of many scopes

• A wide range of knowledge from areas such as 3D maths, system balancing, UI programming, 3d and 2d rendering, Human-Computer Interaction

Senior or Lead Tools Programmer

The ideal candidate would have extensive industry experience from working successfully on multiple quality products and making significant contributions to those projects. Also the perfect candidate:

• Can join a project and within a month be a productive team member without receiving substantial supervision.

• Has extensive practical knowledge of relevant programming languages (typically C++ or C#) and relevant game APIs (typically DirectX, MAX/Maya/XSI, or .Net).

• Has practical experience in the key architectural challenges of his area of expertise.

• Should demonstrate technical skills through portfolio, plus the ability to take direction and function as part of a team.

• Is expected to demonstrate creativity, excellent problem solving skills and be an inspiration to junior and regular programmers.

• Should have well-developed communication skills, capable of both giving and taking direction, and functioning within a team.

• Academic training or significant other experience expected.

All candidates should show an ability to work with minimum supervision and be self-motivated to achieve set goals. Good organizational skills and a thorough understanding of development processes are also a must along with good communication skills and an ability to supply detailed, but clear information on issues.
